The Ridgeway Rockbags® Type S 8t is a patented Kyowa Filter Unit® developed specifically for offshore wind and subsea infrastructure protection. Its advanced S-Type mesh design offers enhanced performance in demanding marine environments and higher current velocities.

Typical applications include monopile scour protection, jacket foundations, suction bucket foundations, J-tube stabilisation, cable protection, CPS protection and support of subsea infrastructure. The flexible unit conforms to seabed irregularities while minimising risk to existing assets.

Manufactured from 100% recycled rPET, the Type S 8t supports sustainability objectives, biodiversity enhancement and nature-inclusive design strategies while providing reliable long-term protection.
