The TMA 600 is a compact, flexible, and powerful solution for precise alignment of heavy workpieces during welding. Weighing only 2.7 kg, it provides accurate positioning at different angles, ensuring safe and reliable welding results.
The two angle plates can be continuously adjusted from 0° to 90° and are easily secured with practical quick clamps.
Equipped with two Alfra TMC 300 holding magnets, the TMA 600 delivers maximum holding power. Thanks to patented technology, each magnet develops a holding force of 300 kg perpendicular to the magnetic surface, starting from a material thickness of just 6 mm.
Another advantage: the magnets are designed so that the welding arc is only deflected when the distance to the tool falls below 15 mm. This allows welding seams to be placed very close to the magnet.
The TMA 600 features a TiN-coated magnetic surface, providing exceptional wear resistance and durability even in demanding environments.
