Wiresheave for Møllerblokk

RS eyebolt from the German quality manufacturer RUD. Available in sizes M6 - M48.

The RUD RS eye bolt with UNF thread offers a higher Working Load Limit (WLL) than standard DIN 580. Certified and tested by DGUV with a 4:1 safety factor. Designed for extreme conditions from -40 °C to 200 °C. WLL is clearly marked in all directions to prevent overload.

RM eye nut is primarily intended for straight lifting. It is important that the surface under the nut is flat with the base, that 100% of the threads are engaged, and that the nut is properly tightened. The bolt quality must be at least CL 8.8. For angle lifting, the VRM eye nut is recommended.

RUD VLBG-Z eye bolt rotates freely for optimal alignment of the lift. Please note that the specified angles are not recommended. When using a longer bolt, a minimum of grade 10.9 must be used. The bolt must also be crack tested

RUD VWBG-V eye bolt rotates freely for optimal alignment of the lift. To use the WLL (Y) as indicated in the table, the loop must be correctly adjusted in relation to the lift. VWBG-V is not suitable for lifts with continuous rotation. The loop has been crack tested in accordance with NS-EN 1677-4.
