Designed for lifting, pulling and anchoring applications, it offers wide beam flange adjustment and is available in capacities from 1 to 10 tonnes. The Tiger BCS Adjustable Beam Clamp with Shackle is designed to create a secure suspension point on overhead steel beams. Its multidirectional adjusting screw spindle allows fast installation while ensuring a safe and reliable grip on the beam flange.
Suitable for lifting, pulling and temporary anchoring applications, the BCS range is available in capacities from 1.0 to 10.0 tonnes. The clamp features a wide beam flange adjustment range and operates in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with an optional low-temperature version available down to -60°C.
The unit offers a 5:1 factor of safety for straight lifting and pulling applications and 4:1 for loads applied up to 45° when appropriate WLL reductions are applied. Each clamp complies with the essential requirements of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. These units meet and exceed BS EN 13155:2003+A2:2009 and AS4991 standards.
