Part of the Lewis Pulling Grips product line, the LSG-X Snake Grip is commonly used on oil rigs and drilling platforms. It includes a low-profile “Swivel Tube Assembly” that provides a heavy-duty friction swivel, permanently lubricated for extended service life. Unlike standard LSG models, the LSG-X cannot be disassembled in the middle, as both grip sides are permanently connected. The size range and working load are clearly marked on the swivel tube assembly. Ideal for situations where separation of grip elements is unnecessary and a low-profile design is preferred. Always seize the grips' ends by bading and taping.
