Deck bracket DF-66

The Deck Bracket DF‑66 is a raised breech base foundation designed for permanent installation by welding directly onto the deck of a vessel or offshore structure. It serves as the foundation for a breech base bottom twistlock, enabling secure locking of container corner castings.

During operation, the twistlock is inserted into the socket and locked into position by a turning movement. Once engaged, the system provides reliable restraint against vertical and horizontal forces generated during marine transport.

Manufactured from high‑strength steel (SCW480) and finished with a painted surface, DF‑66 offers durability, visibility and long service life. The compact raised design ensures easy access during installation and operation, making it well suited for container vessels, offshore units and other maritime applications where standardized and secure container locking is essential.

Each unit is clearly marked with ILS and product code, along with a batch number including production month and year for full traceability.
