The SR 221 pre-filter is a coarse filter designed to capture the largest particles, thereby extending the lifespan of the SR 510 and SR 710 particle filters, as well as the combined filters SR 299 and SR 599. The pre-filter is placed in the pre-filter holder and then clipped onto the particle filter or combined filter.
