The Gunnebo MT Master Link is engineered for demanding lifting applications in offshore and industrial environments. Manufactured from quenched and tempered fine‑grain alloy steel sourced from European steel mills, each link is individually proof tested to the specified load values and delivered with full certification.
Sub‑links up to MT‑16‑10 feature engineered flats to ensure correct seating against other components. Each link includes a Product Identification Code (PIC) providing complete traceability, including grade, chain size, SWE, GUNNEBO, and BG/DGUV manufacturing ID (H32).
Designed for use with chain, wire rope, or synthetic rope. Applications involving wire or synthetic rope typically require a 5:1 design factor. The product fulfills or exceeds EN 1677:2008, ASTM A952/A952M‑02, AS 3775:2014 and AS 3776:2015 requirements, and is fatigue‑rated to at least 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the Working Load Limit.
