The Green Pin Polar® Bow Shackle BN (G-5163) is a Grade 8 alloy steel shackle, quenched and tempered for maximum strength. It is engineered for use in extreme temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +200 °C. The shackle features a double safety system (split pin and safety bolt) to prevent accidental unscrewing. Its hot-dip galvanized finish ensures long-term corrosion resistance. The product meets EN 13889, ASME B30.26, and US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271 standards and is certified by DNV GL and ABS. Suitable for both single-leg and multi-leg lifting systems.
