IPNM is intended for use when marks and scratches on plates, beams, and structures are not acceptable.

The jaws of the plate clamp are made from a synthetic material with a very high coefficient of friction. The clamp can be used on items with a very smooth surface, composite and surface-treated plates, or plates with a very hard and impervious surface.
The IPNM/P comes with a protective cover.
