The TMC 300 combines compact design with strong performance. Weighing only 1 kg, it delivers a tear-off force of 300 kg on steel from a material thickness of 6 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Connection threads in M5 and M6 on the top and both sides of the housing allow for easy customization. The magnet can be adapted with handles, load swivels, angled side plates, or other components, making it an ideal magnetic base for different tasks, including clean welding seams.
Thanks to patented technology, the TMC 300 provides excellent holding power on thin-walled materials as well as strong adhesive force for secure vertical applications.
During welding, the design ensures that the electric arc is only deflected when the distance to the magnet is less than 15 mm. This allows welding seams to be placed very close to the magnet.
Like all Alfra magnets, the TMC 300 features a TiN-coated magnetic surface, ensuring durability and resistance to wear in demanding environments.
