Chesterton 785 is a premium anti-seize and assembly lubricant formulated to prevent galling, corrosion, and seizure of threaded components and press fits. It contains ultra-fine inorganic solid lubricants dispersed in a non-carbonizing, ashless synthetic carrier.
The advanced particle structure ensures full surface coverage by filling microscopic irregularities, reducing friction and preventing metal-to-metal contact. This contributes to consistent load distribution and facilitates easy disassembly, even after prolonged exposure to high temperature and pressure.
The product is free from toxic heavy metals such as lead and nickel, improving workplace safety. It is also NSF H1 certified, making it suitable for use in food processing environments.
