Ear muff c/w headband - 3M Peltor X5A

The 3M™ PELTOR™ X5A is designed for workplaces with extremely high noise exposure where maximum hearing protection is required. With an attenuation rating of 37 dB (SNR), it delivers the highest level of passive noise reduction within the PELTOR X Series.

Using specially formulated acoustic foam, innovative ear cushions, and an optimized cup design, the X5A achieves exceptional hearing protection without the need for dual protection in many applications. Despite its larger ear cups, the headset remains lightweight, well-balanced, and comfortable for extended periods of wear.

Its electrically insulated and dielectric construction, with no exposed metal parts, makes it particularly suitable for environments where electrical hazards or sparks may be present. The dual headband design helps distribute pressure evenly while reducing heat build-up for enhanced user comfort.

Manufactured from durable ABS plastic with a TPU-coated exterior, the X5A offers excellent resistance to impacts, wear, and demanding workplace conditions. It is well suited for energy, agriculture, pharmaceutical manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial applications.
