CRC ECO Bio Weld is designed to provide effective protection against welding spatter on steel and other metal surfaces. The product is readily biodegradable according to OECD 301B, achieving 68% (bulk, 74%). Its water‑based and non‑flammable formulation makes it safe to use in demanding industrial settings, while also being completely odourless.
The spray delivers a fine, even pattern for excellent control and economical coverage with minimal overspray. After welding, surfaces can be galvanized, painted or plated without any interference. The product also contains a corrosion‑inhibiting agent to protect metal surfaces during the welding process.
