The Devold Safe Long Johns are flame-resistant base layer trousers designed for challenging work environments where protection against heat, flame, arc flash and static electricity is required. The rib-knit construction combines 50% Lenzing® FR, 40% Merino wool, 8% polyamide and 2% NEGA-STAT®, providing excellent stretch, lightweight comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement.

The high Merino wool content offers natural temperature regulation and effective moisture management to keep the body dry and comfortable throughout the workday. NEGA-STAT® fibres efficiently dissipate electrical charges, helping to reduce the risk of sparking in explosive or electrically sensitive environments. As the lightest quality in the Devold Protection range, SAFE offers an excellent balance of protection, comfort and performance.

The garment is certified according to EN ISO 11612, EN 61482-2 APC 1 (4 kA) and EN 1149-5, making it an ideal first layer in flame-resistant clothing systems.
